Processing Times

Polka Dot Design is dedicated to processing all orders as quickly as possible. We indicate an in-house processing time for each item on its product information page to help you determine which shipping method to select and to calculate when you should receive your order. Our customer service representatives are also available if you need any help.

The in-house processing time for most blank items is 1-2 business days (unless otherwise noted, please check the product information). Please allow an additional 1-2 business days if you are placing an order for multiple blank stock items from different manufacturers.

The in-house processing time for most custom printed items is 3-5 business days (unless otherwise noted, please check the product information).

Polka Dot Design offers an extensive line of digital products with a very fast turnaround time and are designated on the website with a Quick Ship icon. Proofs for Quick Ship products will be uploaded into your online account within 1 business day. Once the proofs for each item in the order have been approved, the digital products will be printed and shipped in 1-2 business days.

The in-house processing times for blank and custom printed wedding programs vary. Please check the product information for the program that interests you to determine the processing time. If your wedding is quickly approaching, please contact the wedding coordinator to discuss your best options.

The shipping method you select has no affect on the in-house processing time. Your shipping method controls the time it will take for UPS to deliver your order once it leaves the shipping facility. Please calculate your estimated delivery date based on the in-house processing time plus the shipping method you select.

Please note, Polka Dot Design will not be processing orders or shipping orders on the following days: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Day after Christmas, New Year’s Eve.
